Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Non-metro and remote areas: 5–8 business days

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID.

Cancellation Confirmation

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a confirmation will be shared via email or SMS

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method

Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Non-Cancellable Orders
